Overview

Our refund and cancellation policy lasts 20 days before all events. If 72 hours have passed since your make this booking on Pod Paradise , we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a partial refund, your event must be canceled before 72 hours. and received a 70% of the deposite made upon Booking.

Our team are very busy with other events and schedule your venue need to be confirm 25 days before the event date.

  • Tickets for events

To complete your cancellation, we require a phone call at 829.731.2207.

Please do send your proof of booking on whatsapp at the following number 829.731.2207.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • wedding planners contact us.
  • producer event contact us to discuss the situation.

Refunds

Once your tickets request of refund is received,

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Service rentals

Only DJ basic priced items may be refunded with no question ask.

Exchanges

We only agree to change the date if the date you request is available on our calendar. request a new date availability by sending an email at bookings@podparadiserd.com.
